new york baby show

May 14, 2016 by Lara Leave a Comment

I’m just home from a packed day of perusing and seminars at the New York Baby Show. We were there for the 10:30 session on car seat safety with the team from Britax and have been making our way around the Pier 92 event space ever since.

I was going to share my top three finds from the event, but I ended up instead with a top four. These are my favorite “new to me” vendors from the event that we’re looking forward to looking into more closely or working with in the future as we explore options for Baby Z!

NoobieBox – It’s like Birch Box for baby! The team was on-hand giving out the boxes you can typically order via their website. The first box from NoobieBox is free, and contains many full sized products, samples, and coupons. If you want a subsequent box, you can choose to order following the arrival of the first. Really like the babyletto stroller blanket that was included in this one, along with Babo Botanicals moisturizing lotion.

Savor – My Type A side loved the organization options Savor presents parents. They’ve taken the concept of your typical baby book for keepsakes and upgraded it into an organized system, with components running from newborn to school age years. Definitely something I hadn’t thought about until today and something we’re planning on exploring more.

Magnificent Baby – We loved this line of great baby attire which all fastens with magnets. Bonus points for the cute fox design and monkeys with tiny bowties which instantly caught our eye! You can order their products directly via their website or through a number of national retailers, such as buy buy BABY, Bloomingdales, Amazon, Target, and Diapers.com. We came home with a super cute lightweight fox hoodie.

Daisy and Honeybee – So we think we already bought the outfit we are bringing Baby Z home in, but after taking a look at these amazing outfits from Daisy and Honeybee, we are pretty sure we know what we’re now buying for our more formal newborn photo shoot. These outfits are adorable, yet don’t look uncomfortable for the baby. That’s so important to us. They have amazing sets perfect for getting you set up for that perfect shot.

Thanks to the team at MomTrends for the blogger lounge to give us a spot to sit down and refresh a bit throughout the event!
