simplifying toddler meals with b.box {giveaway}

June 10, 2018 by Lara 6 Comments

Mealtime these days is an adventure (translation – it’s a war zone). It’s messy. Lots of times there are defeats. But there’s one guarantee — it’s never boring. Thankfully b.box has some great products to help.

b.box Smock Bib

We’ll be the first to confess that we were too slow to let Q try to feed himself. We’ve been playing a bit of catch up in that regard, thanks to the b.box smock bib. I know I need to let go, but I have a hard time letting him completely wear his food. That’s where this smock comes in. Similar to with his creative projects at daycare, the smock lets Q be an artist in the kitchen as well.

The smock even has an interior pouch that not only catches rogue food but also can be used to help fold it up into a carrying case, complete with a wrist strap. Love it.

b.box Snack Pack

Q is very particular about food in general. At 20 months, most toddlers are eating off the children’s menu but we’ve been slow to the party. The snack pack (one of my favorite finds from the New York Baby Show) has been so useful for us in bringing something he will eat from home. The two containers mean that we can bring some dry snacks for one side and use the other for yogurt or puréed fruit — and the two sides are kept completely separate.

These are just a couple of the great products from b.box we’ve been putting to use. Head over and like their Instagram page now for a chance at a free smock bib!

This post is sponsored by b.box. This is an honest review of these products as I continue to bring you some of the best products out there to try with your little one.

    Can’t say that my Houdini of a child would keep the smock on but those snack packs are great!

      You know, ours is the same way but he was pretty good about wearing it – and it his clothes were pristine post mealtime. Win!

    Getting my child in the smock bib would probably be more of the hassle than just cleaning her clothes! Lol! But I love how it completely covers everything! No messy clothes if you are feeding them on your way out the door! I really really love the snack pack! I don’t know if I’ve ever seen a container that holds dry and wet foods separately before! Might have to check that out!

      Yes that’s what caught my eye too about the snack pack. Ours loves yogurt and purees (still) so it’s nice to be able to take a combo of wet and dry with us and know they’ll stay separate.

      The spoon was our favorite part. We love the built in cover that keeps it clean!
